apartments are located at One Serendra. This is a new development based
in Fort Bonifacio, which is rapidly becoming the most sought after

Our apartments are far more spacious than your average hotel room. The One Bed Apartment is 86 sqm, more than twice the size of a 5 star superior room. The Three Bed Penthouse is 217sqm.
